These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Iridium Continuing Education, Inc. (“Iridium CE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to individuals who choose to receive SMS communications from us.
By opting in to receive text messages from Iridium CE, you may receive SMS communications related to continuing medical education (CME/CE) opportunities and Iridium CE programs, including:
- Program and event reminders
- Registration and participation information
- Live and virtual event access information
- Educational activity updates
- CME/CE completion and deadline reminders
- Other communications related to Iridium CE educational programs
Message frequency may vary depending on the programs and activities in which you participate.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive recurring automated or non-automated text messages from Iridium CE at the mobile number you provided.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or participating in an Iridium CE educational activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received as part of the Iridium CE SMS program.
Iridium CE is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Iridium CE at any time by replying STOP to a text message from us.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

SMS delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and/or network operator. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy Policy.
Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers as necessary to deliver and support our SMS communications, subject to appropriate privacy and confidentiality requirements.
You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally authorized to provide consent to receive SMS communications at the mobile number you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number provided to Iridium CE is accurate and belongs to you or that you are otherwise authorized to use it for SMS communications.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after an update will be subject to the revised terms.
