Program Overview

Beyond Borders in RRMM: Optimizing BCMA Bispecific and CD38-Based Combination Therapy is a multi-component CME/CE initiative designed to improve clinician competence in the evidence-based integration of BCMA-targeted bispecific antibodies and CD38-based combination therapies for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). Through expert flash talks, live virtual mentorship tumor board discussions, Conversational AI clinical simulations, and practical clinical toolkits, the program will address gaps in treatment selection, risk stratification, toxicity management, step-up dosing, and sequencing strategies in real-world practice. Learners will engage in interactive, case-based education designed to strengthen clinical decision-making, shared decision-making, and safe implementation of emerging RRMM immunotherapy approaches.

Target Audience

Primary Audience: Community hematologists/oncologists and oncology nurse practitioners and physician assistants involved in the treatment of patients with RRMM.  

Secondary Audience: Academic hematologists/oncologists and oncology care team members involved in RRMM management.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
  • Integrate emerging evidence on BCMA BsAb and CD38 antibody combination therapy into individualized RRMM treatment decisions
  • Apply cytogenetic risk stratification, prior therapy exposure assessment, and patient fitness criteria to guide individualized selection among BCMA BsAb combinations, CAR-T cell therapy, and antibody-drug conjugates in RRMM
  • Implement appropriate step-up dosing, toxicity mitigation, and sequencing strategies for BsAb-based therapies in RRMM

Instructions to Receive Credit

In order to receive credit for this activity, the participant must complete the activity, application for credit and evaluation form. Participants must also score at least 70% on the post-test. 

A statement of credit will be issued within four weeks of receipt of a completed activity evaluation form.
